Get the ultimate in personalization for an iPhone 4 or 4S.  The iPhone case has an image that covers the entire back of the phone (excpet the cutout for the camera lens).  Use it to display a favorite image or commemerate an important event.  It is a perfect fit for the Senior, Baby or Sports market. 

The image is transferred onto a specially prepared aluminum sheet that is attached to the plastic cover.  The image is durable and can be cleaned with any ordinary glass cleaner.

A Custom Printed DVD adds a new level of profesionalism to any files you return to your customer. It is also the perfect compliment to a Custom Printed DVD case. We print the image on the face of the DVD and return it to you ready for you to burn your files onto the disc.

Custom Printed DVD’s are -R format discs. To use thes discs your computer must have a DVD-RW or DVD+-RW drive.

Our Metal Prints are made with a dye-sublimation process.  The inks are infused directly into specially coated aluminum sheets, using high temperature and pressure. Your images take on a bright, vibrant, luminescent quality when printed on metal through this process.

Four Print Surfaces

Metal prints are available in four different surfaces: Standard Glossy, Standard Matte, Brushed Aluminum Glossy and Brushed Aluminum Matte.  The Standard surface has a bright white backing layer that gives your image a sense of depth and vibrant colors.  The Brushed Aluminum surface has a transparent backing layer that allows the brushed metal of the aluminum panel to show through in the finished prints.  It will be especially apparent in white and light areas of the print.  Both surfaces are available in either Glossy or Matte.  Prints over 16×20 are only available in the Standard Glossy surface.

Hanging Options

We offer several hanging options to turn your metal prints into a ready to display piece of art.  The hanging options can be found in the ROES Options for each metal print size.  We offer easel backs for 5×7 & 8×10 prints for tabletop display.  We also have two types of wall hanging options for prints 8×10 and larger: Float Mounts and Shadow Mounts.  A float mount is a 5″ aluminum plate with a hole for hanging that is attached to the back of the metal print.  A shadow mount is a much larger black wooden block that is attached to the back of the metal print.  Shadow mounts, because of their larger contact surface, tend to hold the metal print flatter and more rigidly.  They also provide a finished black back, if the print is viewed from the side.  Both Float Mounts and Shadow Mounts hold the metal print a half inch away from the wall, so the metal print appears to “float” in front of the wall.

Orders & Order Acknowledgement

Once an order is sent from the ROES ordering software, it is final and cannot be changed or modified.

We will send a confirmation e-mail each time we receive an order.  If you have submitted an order and have not received the confirmation e-mail within 6 hours, please call customer service to confirm we received your order.  We will also send a shipping notification e-mail each time we ship an order back to you.  The shipping notification will contain the FedEx tracking number for your order.

If you need to check on the status of an order, please have the order number available when you call. The order number is in the e-mail confirmation you receive for each ROES order submitted. It is the first line of the order summary and designated as Order ID.

Shipping Options

U.S. Shipping. You pay one flat shipping fee each time you place an order. There are three shipping options to choose from: FedEx Ground $5.95, 2nd day air $14.95, and Overnight $24.95.

Canadian Shipping. We only offer FedEx Ground shipping to Canada. Ground shipping typically takes 4 to 7 days to most Canadian destinations. Each order is assessed a shipping charge based on the size of the largest print in that order. For orders with prints whose longest edge is 20 inches or less, the shipping charge is $17.95. For orders with prints whose longest edge is over 20 inches, the shipping charge is $29.95. Canadian customers will need to select the appropriate shipping category during the order completion process. Please note: The shipping charges DO NOT include applicable import duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for paying those in addition to the shipping charge.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged shipment, it is very important to keep the entire order along with the box it was shipped in and all the packing materials. Call the lab immediately for instructions on how to file a claim with the package carrier and how to arrange to have your work remade.

Color Dye Stability

Like all dyes, the dyes used in photographic materials and other imaging mediums will change over time. The degree of change is primarily determined by the environmental conditions under which the images are stored or displayed.  All dyes fade more rapidly when exposed to bright light.
